School Based Outreach

Network 180, in collaboration with the Grand Rapids Public School System as well as other urban and rural school systems in Kent County, is offering outreach services within elementary, middle, and high schools as well as alternative schools to help children and their families access mental health and substance abuse services in our current managed care.

Objective:

Assist school aged children and their families in accessing mental health and substance abuse services thereby insuring that more children and their families are receiving the services that they want and need.

Eligibility:

Children enrolled in public elementary, middle, or high schools as well as alternative and their families.
